OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / RECEPTION SUPPORT
Location: Queenstown
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Queenstown legal team as an Office Administrator/ Receptionist.

The role
The role would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain exposure to varied and interesting work in a forward-thinking law practice. We are looking for an office all-rounder who will provide front-of-house reception cover and also provide a key administration support role to our Solicitors and Legal Executives in the property and commercial teams.
You can expect a varied and interesting workload with typical tasks including;
- Opening legal files, client onboarding, invoicing and manging anti-money laundering processes;
- Assisting with property and commercial matters including accessing LINZ, Companies Office, diarising agreement dates, managing deeds and document drafting;
- Receptionist duties; answering calls, greeting clients, organising meeting rooms and bookings;
- Assisting with the organisation of events and functions;
- Providing general administration support as required.
Who we are looking for
Possessing strong administration and customer service experience, you will be someone with a positive team attitude, who can show initiative and is self-motivated to provide excellent support to our legal team. You must enjoy interacting with clients, possess confident communication skills and have a keen eye for detail.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
- Administration and reception experience in a legal or other professional environment;
- The ability to multi-task and manage workloads efficiently and in a timely manner;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- A friendly attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team;
- Confident computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; and
- The ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
