We are looking for a junior-intermediate-level solicitor with 2-5 years PQE in Property and Corporate law to join our team at a time of significant growth.

The role

Our Property and Corporate teams are expanding, and we are on the search for a high-performing solicitor to join the team. 

You will be involved in all aspects of our property practice, including providing advice on the sale and acquisition of residential and commercial property, projects, subdivisions and property development, construction and leasing. In addition, you will work with our corporate team, preparing company documentation and advising on business structuring.

You will receive the benefit of working in a supportive team environment and will be supervised by our highly experienced Property and Corporate Principals and Associates. The firm has a policy of encouraging its solicitors to have regular client contact, and the role offers great opportunities for long-term career development.

Who we are looking for

• NZ admitted solicitor with 3-5 years PQE with Property and Corporate law experience;
• An understanding of the transactional property process and good commercial judgement;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a the ability, or potential, to build client relationships;
• A practical thinker who is accurate and detail focused;
• A self-starter who is a motivated worker with the ability to work independently to deliver results but also enjoys being part of a team; and
• Someone who has a confident, pro-active and enthusiastic approach to their work and a genuine continued interest in developing their practice.
