Jessica Prebble

Jessica is an employment law and civil litigation specialist who delivers practical advice on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters.
Jessica is experienced in employment disputes, workplace health and safety, drafting employment agreements and assisting with internal employment issues. She has represented employees, employers from small to medium businesses, and large corporations.
Jessica also provides advice on dispute resolution matters, including debt recovery, breaches of contract, building disputes and intellectual property disputes.
Jessica’s expertise in both employment and civil litigation means she is able to represent clients through all stages of legal proceedings. Jessica has multi-jurisdictional litigation knowledge and has appeared on behalf of clients in Employment Tribunals, District Courts and High Courts. She is an experienced litigator and has a deep understanding of preparing and running complex litigation.
Hailing from Orange, New South Wales, Australia, Jessica studied at the University of Wollongong and spent a year studying on an exchange programme at the University of Texas, before completing her Bachelor of Law and Commerce. Jessica was admitted to the New South Wales Supreme Court in 2012. Jessica started her career working in Sydney for several years before moving to London to work in the commercial litigation team at Reynolds Porter Chamberlain and then working as an in-house lawyer for one of the UK’s largest Trade Unions. On her return to Sydney, Jessica spent a few years working in the Statutory Insurance team of a top tier firm. Jessica has since been admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in the High Court of New Zealand and made the move to TODD & WALKER Law.
Jessica prides herself on providing cost-effective and efficient resolutions to clients.
When not at work Jessica loves to be outside, whether it be in the mountains, on the lake, or at the ocean and loves all four seasons that Queenstown has to offer. She also has a passion for nature and heads up the Queenstown Backyard Trappers.
