Mackenzie is a solicitor in TODD & WALKER Law’s litigation team with a focus on family law and criminal defence.

Mackenzie regularly assists clients with all manner of family and relationship property matters including parenting agreements, guardianship disputes, contracting out agreements (pre-nups) and separation agreements. Mackenzie also has a particular interest in estates and trust law with a focus on trust disputes and claims against estates.

Mackenzie also undertakes criminal defence work, assisting other senior members of our team advising on matters including drug charges, sexual violence, assaults, dishonesty, traffic-related offending, and often assists clients with limited licence applications. Mackenzie is a Legal Aid registered supervised provider and represents clients in the District Court.

Mackenzie graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Growing up in Queenstown and Alexandra, Mackenzie has strong ties with the district. During her legal career she has spent time working for a large law firm in Invercargill before making the move back to Queenstown to join the TODD & WALKER Law team. 

Mackenzie is based in our Queenstown office.
