Associate/Senior Associate - Property and Private Client 

Are you an experienced solicitor in property and private client law who is interested in joining our growing team as an Associate or Senior Associate? You will posses 5+ years PQE with strong technical property law knowledge and experience in asset planning and private client matters including specialised knowledge on trust law.

As part of the role you will be involved in key aspects of our property and private client practice, including advising on the sale and acquisition of residential and commercial property, construction contracts, leasing, trusts, asset planning and estate administration. 

This is considered a senior role within the firm and the role offers great opportunities for long-term career development.

Senior Legal Executive – Property

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Executive to join our growing property team in Queenstown or Wānaka. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience as a Legal Executive in New Zealand.

You will be involved in key aspects of our property and private client practice, including advising on the sale and acquisition of residential and commercial property, trusts, asset planning and estate administration.

Senior Solicitor - Civil Litigation 

In response to recent growth of the firm’s civil litigation practice, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented litigator with 2 to 5 years PQE to join one of the region’s leading litigation teams.

You will gain exposure to a number of matters including commercial and business disputes, contractual disputes, property disputes, debt recovery and insolvency matters, construction disputes, trust and administration disputes, and public or administrative law matters.

Solicitor/Senior Solicitor - Property and Commercial

We are looking for an experienced junior or intermediate solicitor to join our growing property and commercial team as a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor. As a possible candidate you will have 2 to 4 years PQE with strong property law knowledge, and an understanding of commercial/corporate law.

You will be involved in all aspects of the firm’s property and commercial practice, including working on property subdivisions and projects, complex property transactions, commercial transactions, contract reviews, financing and leasing.

Graduate/Junior Solicitor - Civil Litigation 

We are looking for a graduate to junior solicitor with an interest in developing their legal career in civil litigation. You will be involved in all aspects of our civil litigation practice and will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to resource management work as part of the role. 

You will work closely alongside the firm’s civil litigation Principal and Associates where you will gain exposure to varied and interesting client work.
