Grace is a Solicitor in the firm's employment law team, based in our Wanaka office. 

Grace is experienced in employment agreements and policies, managing disciplinary or performance management processes and workplace change, including redundancy and restructuring. She has represented employees and employers from small to large businesses.

Grace works alongside our employment law specialist, Robbie Bryant to assist clients with business restructuring, raising and defending personal grievances and processes for ending employment. 

Grace is client focused, and aims to provide straight forward, pragmatic advice. She enjoys connecting with a wide range of clients, employees and employers alike, from local businesses to larger corporations.

Grace grew up in Dunedin and attended the University of Otago. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Politics). After graduating she was drawn to Wanaka after spending holidays growing up in Central Otago. Prior to joining TODD & WALKER Law, Grace worked for another local firm where she worked primarily on employment matters but also gained experience in the wider commercial area. 

Outside of the office, Grace enjoys everything Wanaka has to offer, from hiking and paddle-boarding on the lake to frequenting local cafes and restaurants.
