Hetish is an immigration law specialist and is the firm’s Special Counsel in immigration. With over 10 years of legal experience, he brings a wealth of expertise to the firm.

Hetish specialises in both corporate and private client immigration and citizenship instructions and works in a wide range of matters ranging from standard applications (visitor, student, work, entrepreneur, investor, residence) to exceptionally complicated immigration issues (appeals, complaints, potentially prejudicial issues responses, medical waivers, character waivers).

Hetish is driven to provide practical solutions for his clients by helping them navigate the complexities of the New Zealand residency and citizenship application process. He works closely with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes to their situations and has successfully assisted a large number of clients with their applications for residency and citizenship.

Hetish also works with employers to ensure that their employment documents such as employment agreements, visa support letters, employer supplementary forms and responses to Immigration New Zealand are compliant with immigration legislation and policy. He has assisted small businesses through to large corporations with the strategic planning and document preparation required to ensure successful employment related visa applications and helps businesses avoid costly delays or declined applications along the way.
